Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your HealHue. If it's not right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it's unused and in its original packaging.

How to start a return
Email support@healhue.com.au with your order number to begin the process.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or damaged items
If your HealHue arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
