All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, including as part of scheduled promotional periods. Prices in effect at the time you complete checkout are the prices you pay.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of pricing errors or stock issues). Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full payment details.

4. Shipping

All content on this site — including the HealHue name, logo, images, and text — is owned by HealHue and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HealHue is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms excludes any consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
